He has extensive knowledge and experience in accounting and auditing areas, and has extensive advisory experiences in the areas of corporate governance, internal controls, internal auditing and business processes. As an external audit and supervisory board member of Trainocate Corporation, he provides oversight for sound corporate governance and operations.
